Moose supporting both Jews and Israel AND Palestinians
As I say below, I’m in full support of Jewish people in Israel and around the world. There has been an increase in the United States of anti-semitism that I find horrific and disgusting. There’s no place for it in any civilized country, let alone the United States.
And the events in Israel on October 7th, 2023, were awful, inhuman, shocking, and heartbreaking. I can’t even fathom it—having no actual words.
But as I write this on February 16th, 2024, my heart equally breaks each time I see the onslaught that Israel is enacting on the Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank, who are being treated as inhuman—being indiscriminately killed, driven from their homes, and starved.
It seems so senseless on both sides. So, inhuman. So, against our world’s spiritual and equitable human treatment principles.
So, in my small way, I want to emphasize that I support all humans on both sides of this divide, and I’m continuously praying for—
An immediate ceasefire,
Then, an equitable and peaceful outcome.
Stop Asian Hate
I’m sharing this in late 2022 in reaction to a spate of attacks against Asian Americans. I’ve co-written it with Christopher Lee.
We are saddened, angry, and shocked at the continued violence against those in our community. These recent incidents are only a few that have been documented. Our communities are being targeted with hate, violence, and the murder of our members, including our most revered and vulnerable. We have no doubt many more incidents have not surfaced to the general public. Because of these and future incidents, we must continue fighting as a community to amplify our voices and drive tangible outcomes. We must fight together and stand in solidarity with the Black/African American community, LatinX community, Indigenous community, and all communities against the racism that threatens us all.
Racism and violence towards any community are wrong and unacceptable. The Asian communities and many others have experienced racism. We need to stop these actions that endanger and put down a community. We all need to do our part and be “Active Allies” to end racism. Be an “Active Ally” to communities fighting against racism. Be an “Active Ally” to the many Asian communities that are part of the larger Asian community. We ask for everyone's support as we stand up for and by each other.

Stop Anti Semitism
I’m writing in November - December 2022, when there has been a swelling of anti-Semitic hate rhetoric from Kyree Irving, Ye, and others. Unfortunately, it’s always been there, but now it’s rearing into the light of day and more into the mainstream.
There is no place for it in our country and the world.
Now is the time for all of us to be vigilant against all forms of hate and discrimination.
If not us, then who? If not now, then when?
February 2024, Update:
With events unfolding in Israel, there has been an increase in anti-semitism around the world and here in the United States. I want to amplify how awful this is and want to repeat and amplify my support for Israel and the Jewish people everywhere in the world. We all need to focus on giving anti-semitism no quarter in our world every day!
Moose Supports Ukraine
I’m writing this on April 14th, 2022 as the Russian atrocities in Ukraine continue. Every day, I watch the news for as long as possible. It’s heartbreaking. It is astonishing that in 2022, such things could even happen.
I want to express my personal and business support for the people of Ukraine. I’ve provided and will continue to provide financial support via several avenues.
I am also partnering with Agile with Ukraine for more targeted and on-the-ground support of Ukrainians via my Agile platform. I encourage you to consider contributing to Agile with Ukraine as it exemplifies the spirit of service and support in our wonderful agile community.
I’m keeping the Ukrainian people, their spirit, courage, safety, and example front and center in my thoughts, prayers, and actions. Now, until the atrocities end and until they’ve fully restored their country.
February 2024, Update:
I can’t believe our congress doesn’t see the big picture that Putin and Russia are a broader threat than simply to Ukraine. It’s easy to talk a good game about democracy and world leadership, but it takes resilience, persistence, and guts. I hope we have what it takes longer term…Fingers crossed!
