Release Notes

  • Week of October 19, 2020 - Initial release. I realize that Divergence & Convergence and DeBono’s 6-Hats aren’t directly tied to ORSC. I just thought I’d share them anyway…

  • ORSC Residential on November 6th - 8th. I’m intentionally updating the site as I re-learn and reflect on things around this time.

Possible Coming Attractions

  1. Complete the section on Edges in Coaching Mindset. Explore the notion of a Minimal Viable Edge? (Saralyn has some ideas here)

  2. Exploring coaching (presence) and what it looks like. Probably in Coaching Mindset. (Saralyn suggested this)

  3. Adding some things on Systemic Constellation is high on my list. But it requires some research and alignment with ORSC.

  4. Adding the Agile Coaching Canvas.

  5. Adding some “Top n” blogs on keys to / skills for effective Enterprise agile coaching. For example—Ewan O’Leary’s blog.

  6. From Relationships - there is a note where I want to expand on agile coaching model and some guidance on what “switching stances” looks like. Including tells/triggers for when to switch. Also some exploration of agile Coaching ARCs. ( Mauricio commented on this)

  7. Another idea is to record short, topical videos to help augment some of the themes on the site. I could even get some guests to record…how cool would that be?

What’s intentionally NOT being included?

There are some ORSC tools that I’ve decided don’t map as well as I’d like to agile contexts. That doesn’t mean they’re not useful. Instead it means that I—

  1. Am uncomfortable using them in agile contexts;

  2. Haven’t used them often, so I’m unskilled and unfamiliar;

  3. Don’t see them as a good context match for my typical agile coaching contexts.
