Bob Galen, aka the Agile Moose, has successfully coached individuals, teams, and organizations for over two decades. He has the capability for agile coaching across various contexts, including individuals, groups/teams, coach-the-coaches, organizations, and leadership teams. But he’s also done a lot of personal, brand, and career development coaching.

As of July 2020, Bob has decided to offer his experience and coaching via an on-demand-based service for the first time. Here are more details of the services, our capabilities, and the pricing.

  1. 1:1 Coaching (individual)

After searching for an effective leadership assessment tool for many years, I found The Leadership Circle profile to help me in my agile coaching and training. You see, we do quite a lot of—

  • Leadership individual coaching

  • Agile Leadership training via the Scrum Alliance - Certified Agile Leadership class (in both public & private formats)

  • Leadership group coaching

In 2018, Bob was certified to use and coach three instruments from The Leadership Circle.

  • Leadership Circle Profile (leadership or manager versions)

  • Collective Leadership Assessment (for leadership or management teams)

Pricing

  • The initial 30-minute “try it, get to know each other” session is FREE.

  • Base rates are $150 per hourly (60-minute) session for individuals.

  • Base rates are $300 per hourly (60-minute) session for Groups or Agile Coaches looking for context-based advice and coaching.

Discounts—

  • Hardship discounts (underemployed, unemployed, self-paying consultants, career transitions);

  • Diversity discounts (BLM movement, POC, and women in technology);

  • Veteran discounts (for veterans transitioning out of the military);

  • Pro-bono, on a limited basis; are available based on the situation? Please inquire, as we’d love to help support you.

Coaching sessions typically occur once every 3 to 4 weeks.
