AI for BadAss Agile Coaches
We’re partnering with Christopher Lee to deliver the following workshop to our EBAC Masterclass attendees. It’s an optional module that will be offered after one of our Saturday, Weekend Edition classes. Specific registration details will be shared with each Masterclass attendee group.
AI for Agile Coaches: Coaching AI/ML Product Teams with Confidence
AI is reshaping how products are built, and traditional Agile guidance doesn’t fully translate to probabilistic systems, experimentation cycles, and model-driven delivery.
This session is designed for experienced Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, and transformation leaders who want practical, grounded ways to operate confidently in AI/ML environments.
We’ll cover:
How AI/ML delivery differs from classical Agile execution
Coaching experimentation-driven teams (not merely sprint-driven teams)
Working effectively with data scientists, ML engineers, and product leaders
Guardrails for responsible AI use in facilitation and coaching
Practical workflows that reduce low-value admin work without replacing judgment
This is not a “tools demo.” It’s a modern operating model discussion for coaches who want to stay relevant as AI reshapes product development.
