Changing the Narrative.org — This group is fighting ageism in all its forms. I, for one, am guilty of ageism when referring to myself. I often speak of myself as a “dinosaur,” but I’m working to stop that thinking/messaging. We need to actively change our narrative around age and aging, and Janine Vanderburg is doing something extraordinary here.
Agile Alliance — as one of the only purely agnostic organizations in the Agile Community, I find it hard not to support the alliance. They do an incredible amount of good work. My favorites include Women in Agile, Agile in Color, and Agile Coaching Ethics support programs. I can’t encourage each of you enough to join the Alliance. Last time I checked, it was only usd$49. What a deal!
